"If you have fresh herbs, the world is your oyster," Clinton says. "[And] if you can grow them yourself, it saves you a ton of money."

Clinton's sauce formula is essentially this: fat (EVOO) + acid (lime juice or vinegar) + garlic + herbs + seasoning (salt & pepper).
Below, he starts you off with three tasty variations, but again, the best part is that you can create your own combos with just a few simple swaps. Now go and put that food processor to work!
