Viewer Carol Anne N. on Facebook asked Rach if she could cook a chuck roast on top of the stove.Turns out the answer is yes. Here are Rach’s tips.
"Yes, of course. You can cook anything low on the stove-top or in the oven," Rach says.
"I find it easier to put it in the oven. On the stovetop, the liquid will evaporate probably a little quicker, so keep an eye on the liquid level. You're going to need to maybe add a little extra water or stock," she explains.
"I think it's more even and less of a pain to babysit if you just throw it in the oven, but yes it will work [on the stove]," Rach adds.
