Jeffrey Eisner is an Instant Pot-obsessed viewer from Queens, New York. He shared his recipe for Instant Pot Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes with us in season 13, and now he's back with another hack.
According to Jeff, you can hard boil eggs in your Instant Pot. Forget about taking the time to boil water on the stove — this easy method cuts that time in half!

You'll need:
- Instant Pot
- 1 cup water
- 6 eggs
- Large bowl filled with ice water
Directions:
Pour one cup of water into the Instant Pot. Add eggs, close the lid and set it for 6 minutes. When the timer goes off, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes and then quick release the rest of the steam. Remove the eggs and put them in a bowl of ice water for a quick ice bath before peeling.
Ready to eat? Just peel off the shells and your hard-boiled eggs are good to go.
Pro Tip: "If you crack their shells, the water gets in there and loosens it up [for] easier peeling," Rachael says.
