Not only is this Christmas cookie tray entirely edible, it's a great way to use up any extra peppermint candy.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
A nonstick cookie sheet, parchment paper, round peppermints, and a small or large bowl, depending on the desired size of your tray.
WHAT TO DO:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Cut a piece of parchment to fit your cookie sheet.
- Using your bowl as a guide (so your tray has a perfectly round center) begin placing mints around the base in circular patterns. Want to see what we mean? Watch Abby in peppermint tray making action above!
- Cook in the oven until the peppermints have fully melted together, into a single round tray shape.
- Let cool, and top with your favorite cookies.
P.S. We won't tell if you literally lick the plate clean.
