Joy Cho is a graphic designer, author, and founder of design brand Oh Joy!, which she founded in 2005 as a lifestyle blog. You might have seen her bright, happy designs in the home decor section of Target—and she has THE most popular Pinterest account on the internet with over 15 million followers—so you know she has good taste.
And according to her, one of the best gifts to give and get is a pitcher.
Here's why.
"It doubles as a vase for beautiful floral arrangements, you can make a holiday centerpiece and you can make cocktails or mocktails," Joy says. (Joy likes to make a holiday mocktail with one part orange juice, one part sparkling water, orange slices and cranberries.)

If you like the idea of making a holiday centerpiece by filling a vase with colorful ornaments, like Joy does, make sure you opt for a see-through or glass vase like hers. (We have a few options below!)
Joy's pitcher is vintage, but she also likes this $15 striped one from Target, if you're not looking for a clear one.
