What do you do when you’re attending a party that’s hours away and you’re tasked with bringing an appetizer? (A.K.A. It has to be something that travels well!)
Well, that’s exactly what one studio audience member wanted to know -- and Rach knew just the answer (three, in fact!).
"That wouldn’t be a problem if you had a Rachael Ray food transport bag," Rach said with a laugh before she ran through three super easy and delicious recipe options.
ANTIPASTO
"Antipasto is my go-to," Rach says. "I always bring the fixings for an antipasto, and then when I get there, I just dump them out of buckets."
Easy enough!

NO-COOK TIERED CHEESE, PESTO AND SUN-DRIED TOMATO BALL
No time to cook? No problem!
Line a bowl with plastic wrap and layer it with sun-dried tomatoes, store-bought or homemade pesto and herb goat cheese.
Let it set in the fridge for at least an hour or up to one day.
When you arrive at the party, uncover it, flip the bowl over onto a plate, peel off the plastic wrap off, and voila -- you’ll have a tiered masterpiece!

BAKED RICOTTA CHEESE AND GRAPES
Now, this is IMPRESSIVE.
Mix fresh ricotta cheese with parmesan, garlic, olive oil and an egg. Bake it any form (like a bundt!) until brown.
When it’s done, flip it over onto a cutting board, fill the bundt hole with baked grapes (Rach bakes hers with olive oil, salt and pepper) and drizzle the finished product with balsamic vinegar!
Rach also suggests surrounding the star of the show with Italian cheeses, sliced salami, olives and a water glass with breadsticks. Yum-o!
