Playing Stephanie Izard's Piña Colada

Ingredients

  • 48 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 15-ounce can coconut cream
  • Rum
  • Bitters, optional

Preparation

Into a ready ice cream maker, pour pineapple juice, coconut cream and float rum on top. Turn the machine on through one cycle, according to the directions. Finish with a splash of nice spiced island rum… a little dash of bitters is nice too!
