And the best part? It's a personalized mug cake that takes only 60 seconds to cook in the microwave!
Plus, you only need five ingredients:
—Egg whites (lean protein)
—Birch xylitol
—Raw cacao (which boasts metabolism-boosting magnesium)
—Cacao powder
—Vanilla or mint extract
Put all the ingredient in the mug, whip them up and pop the mug in the microwave for 45 to 60 seconds on 50 percent power, and you've got yourself a cake for one!
