No. 2: Trisha Yearwood’s Caramelized Onion Dip
This onion dip isn’t like your typical dip made from a dried soup mix. Trisha caramelizes her own onions by cooking them low and slow, for a rich, sweet flavor. She mixes her caramelized onions with mayo, Greek yogurt, Worcestershire sauce and that’s it!
No. 3: Warm Feta Dip with Artichokes
Who knew that your canned artichoke hearts could wind up being the life of the party?! All you have to is mix your artichoke hearts with feta cheese, mayo, parmesan cheese, garlic and sweet pimientos, pop it into the oven for about 20 minutes and voila! You just made the best party dip, ever.
No. 4: Lemon Yogurt & Chive Dip
For this fresh and delicious dip, Richard Blais uses items you might already have in your kitchen. He starts with Greek yogurt and adds lemon juice, capers and fresh dill and chives. Who wants a pre-made dip when you can serve something as fresh and tasty as this?
This simple dip is so delicious and also good for you. Just mix low-fat Greek yogurt with dill, garlic, lemon juice and cucumber.
This super cheesy and nutty dip features toasted pistachios, cream cheese, cheddar, mayo, milk, garlic salt, dill, onion powder, white pepper and fresh parsley.
Tip: Toast your pistachios quickly and easily by sticking them in the microwave for a minute or two!
This tasty dip features a corn chowder-esque flavor profile that comes from smoky bacon mixed with ricotta cheese, chicken stock, shallots, garlic, chile, thyme and corn, and garnished with chives and a squeeze of lime. Yum!
This isn’t your typical guac! Rach grills all the ingredients to add a smoky flavor.
No. 9: Chipotle Chicken Nacho Casserole
Okay, this isn’t actually a dip but it definitely belongs on anyone’s National Tortilla Chip Day list! For this king of all nacho recipes, Rachael “tiles” her chips, smoky chipotle chicken, and cheese so that the ingredients are well distributed, heats, and then tops with salsa, jalapenos and sour cream. Nothing wrong with any of that!
