St. Patrick's Day is tomorrow, and if you're planning a celebratory menu, you can't forget dessert! Read on for four delicious and creative options.
No. 1: Baileys Irish Soda Bread Ice Cream

Wait… what!? Soda bread IN your ice cream? Where do we sign up! The "Irish Rachael Ray," Clodagh McKenna toasts soda bread crumbs with brown sugar and folds them into a beautiful vanilla custard. Then, simply pop in the freezer and stir every so often – no ice cream maker necessary!
Tip: After you remove the seeds from a fresh vanilla bean, dry the bean and add it to a container of sugar to get vanilla-flavored sugar.

It's kind of shocking to think that beer could be the keystone for a moist, rich and delicious chocolate cake. But Clodagh's Guinness cake proves that not only is it possible, it might be preferable to cook desserts with beer.

This one is for the adults to enjoy after the kids go to bed! You can toast St. Patrick's Day with Clinton Kelly's favorite boozy milkshake.
No. 4: Irish Coffee Pots de Crème

This yummy spiked pudding is another adults-only St. Paddy's Day dessert!
