Ingredients

  • 1 regular bag (about 8 ounces) wavy plain potato chips
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 6 slices deli turkey breast, stacked and cubed
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ½ cup ranch dressing

Yield

Serves: 3 to 4

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the potato chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly distribute the blue cheese and turkey over the chips, then drizzle with the Buffalo sauce and bake for 5 to 8 mins or until the cheese starts to melt.

Sprinkle the celery over the top and drizzle with the ranch dressing.
