This quick and easy chicken dinner from Chef Ryan Scott is perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • Olive oil
  • One 16-ounce container sour cream

Yield

Serves: 4

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, combine oregano, garlic powder, red pepper, salt and black pepper. 

Brush sour cream and olive oil on both sides of thighs and evenly coat with herb spice mix.

Roast for about 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through.

Remove from oven and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
