"My kids love peanut butter," lifestyle expert Evette Rios says, "so what I do when you've got the little bit leftover at the bottom — rather than scrape it out, which is hard to do — I actually make a smoothie inside the jar."

Ingredients

  • Bottom-of-the-jar peanut butter
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ¼ cup almond milk, or your preferred milk
  • 4 ice cubes

Yield

Serves: 1

Preparation

Add banana, milk and ice to peanut butter jar. Using an immersion blender, scrape down sides of peanut butter jar and blend all ingredients. Scrape down remaining peanut butter with a spatula and blend with immersion blender once more.
