In honor of Rach's sister Maria being on the show, John made these thyme-infused gimlets to pair with a special meal Rach prepared—Ria's Chicken Croquettes, which were Maria's favorite growing up.

Ingredients
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- ¾ ounce simple syrup

Serves: 1
Preparation
Muddle thyme in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with thyme sprig.
