Plant-based food blogger Carleigh Bodrug shares her take on the viral TikTok pasta chips, making healthy, vegan baked "chips" flavored with garlic + herbs—using leftover farfalle pasta. The recipe is part of her "Scrappy Cooking" series, which focuses on transforming common food scraps into delicious recipes that don't break the bank.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked farfalle pasta
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Marinara sauce or hummus, for serving

Serves: 4

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Combine the cooked pasta and olive oil in a large bowl and toss to coat. Add the remaining ingredients and toss again until the pasta is evenly coated. Transfer to the baking sheet and bake until crispy, about 20 minutes.   

Enjoy immediately with marinara sauce or hummus.
