Behind-the-Scenes Tour Of "Top Chef" Set + Pantry With Gail Simmons & Richard Blais

Gail Simmons & Richard Blais take us behind the scenes of their new show "Top Chef Amateurs," which they filmed in a bubble in Portland, Oregon, during the pandemic.

"I all but laughed in their face," Gail says when Bravo approached her in July about joining the filming bubble, "because the thought of leaving my nest and taking my family across the country with 150 cast and crew to shoot 'Top Chef' the way that we're used to shooting 'Top Chef' seemed totally unfathomable. But we did it. Bravo did an extraordinary job of keeping us safe. We shot season 18 of Top Chef and then we shot a brand-new show called 'Top Chef Amateurs.'"
