Couple That Lost Over 270 Pounds Together Reveal How They Did It

Gregg and Shayna have both struggled with weight for most of their lives, but together they've lost over 270 pounds to date through their own diet and exercise plans.

"We're like a scale. We're complete opposites with a lot of things," Shayna says. "Gregg helps me eat chicken and fish and certain foods that I didn't like prior; I introduced him to positivity and looking at how far he's come."
