Hank Azaria Was a "Disaster" Salesman Before Playing One in Apple TV+’s "Hello Tomorrow!"

Hank Azaria reflects on one of his “many jobs” while starting out in Hollywood. The actor (who can do a hilarious impression of friend Richard Kind) tells Rach and John that he worked as a salesman, selling a "Producer's Masterguide" — which helped television producers find locations, props, and other production needs.

Though he says it should have been "an easy sell," Hank "never sold one book."

"My friend from high school, who got me the job, sold five books a day. I never sold any. You think actors would be better salesmen, but I was a disaster," he says.

Despite this experience, Hank plays a salesman in his new Apple TV+ show, "Hello Tomorrow!"
