Wife Of Late Chef Floyd Cardoz Who Died Due To Covid Complications On Keeping His Memory Alive

Rachael spoke to Barkha Cardoz, wife and business partner of the late chef Floyd Cardoz, who tragically passed away due to Covid-19 complications in 2020. Barkha is keeping Floyd's memory and his legacy of giving alive through The Floyd Cardoz + Burlap & Barrel Collaboration Masalas. "We give $1 from each jar that we sell from the blends to Cookies for Kids' Cancer. That's something that was so dear to Floyd and me," Barkha says. She also shares the sweet story of how the spice blends were born, around 15 years ago when Barkha was working full-time, Floyd was working at Tabla and their boys were little.
