If you're anything like our friend, beauty guru and busy mom of two Gretta Monahan, you have very limited time to think about and take care of yourself.
But take it from her and make time – because self-care is so, so important. And the good news is that the beauty products Gretta shared with us make that easier, because she says they work efficiently. (Music to your ears, right?)
1. Aquis Prime Water Defense Prewash
According to Gretta, your hair is at its weakest and most vulnerable state when it's wet — so this prewash, which she says works on any hair type, arms it with protection.
Spray it on your hair before you wash it, the beauty pro suggests, and it only has to stay on for two minutes.
"Everything today works faster," she tells Rach.
"It makes your hair hydrophobic," Gretta continues, which means that not only does it protect your hair from tears while you're scrubbing it, but it also shields it from anything harsh, like water or shampoo.
Plus, it leaves a little bit of a barrier even after you wash and condition, the expert explains, to protect your locks from heated hair tools.
2. Eva NYC Therapy Session Hair Mask
"I love this because this has something called Keravis in it, which is a vegetable-based protein," Gretta says. "It's a derivative of keratin."
According to Eva NYC, "Keravis delivers optimal anti-breakage benefits." Plus, it contains argan oil, which they say "feeds hair with vitamins and nutrients."
And don't let the sound of argan oil scare you, Gretta says!
"Oils scare everybody," she explains. "They think, 'My hair isn't going to be voluminous.' Not true. [This is] engineered to be weightless."
You can put it on dry or wet hair and leave it on while you move on to pampering your face, the mom of two suggests. Multitasking at its finest!

3. Wander Beauty Baggage Claim Gold Eye Masks
Tired moms, this one will speak to you!
These cooling eye masks contain hyaluronic acid, Gretta says, which help to soothe the eye area and diminish dark circles, fine lines and wrinkles.
Ah, the ultimate trifecta!
"With these sheet masks," Gretta says, "everything is built in."
This hydrogel mask — which you only need to keep on for 10 to 15 minutes — claims to reduce redness and hydrate the skin.
Plus, as Gretta points out, you can mix and match masks to save yourself time — so feel free to use a lip mask simultaneously.
