We've already gifted you with 18 recipes to make in a muffin tin — but we're not stopping there. Behold, six brilliant hacks for your muffin tin that don’t require a recipe at all.

1. Muffin Tin Taco Shell Mold

Rach likes to use her many muffin tins to mold homemade taco shells. Just turn your muffin tin upside-down, brush or spray flour or corn tortillas with a little bit of vegetable or olive oil and pop them in the oven to create your own taco shells.

Watch Rach explain in the video above!

2. Muffin Tin Taco Shell Holder

Not only does Rach like to use muffin tins to make homemade taco shells, but she also likes to use them to hold up hard taco shells as she's filling them. That way, if anything falls out — which is bound to happen if you're filling them properly ? — it'll fall on the muffin tin instead of all over your kitchen.

Pro Tip: This is a perfect trick if you're setting up a taco bar at a party!

3. Muffin Tin Cookie Topping Bar

Letting kids decorate cookies — especially around the holidays — is always a lot of fun. But it can also be pretty messy. That's why Rach suggests using a muffin tin to organize cookie toppings — like chocolate chips, sprinkles and more!

"It'll keep [the kids] organized and the kitchen nice and clean," Rach says.

4. Muffin Tin Condiment Tray

Fill your muffin tin with condiments at a party, like celebrity event planner Mary Giuliani does. She likes serving ketchup, relish, mustard, sour cream, ranch and BBQ sauce with pigs in a blanket.

"I don't like having a lot of jars and things [out]," Mary explains. She's not wrong — it DOES look a whole lot prettier.

5. Muffin Tin Eggs For a Crowd

Rach admittedly doesn't do a lot of baking, but she loves brunch. So what's her trick for cooking eggs for a crowd? You guessed it — muffin tins!

Drop an egg in each cup, bake at 350 degrees until they're cooked to your liking, and you're set, Rach says! (Pro Tip: If you're going for poached eggs, add a splash of water to each cup before popping the eggs in.)

If you want to get a bit fancier, line the muffin tin cups with bacon or ham, drop an egg in each cup and bake until the bacon or ham is crispy. Then, place each on half of an English muffin. Genius, right?

6. Muffin Tin Pie Crusts

Want to make a bunch of individual pies instead of one big pie? (So much easier to serve at a party, are we right?) Use your muffin tin to mold and bake the mini pie crusts — and we won't judge if you use store-bought dough!
