Everyone has bad hair days — but Eleni, a mom from Queens, New York, is tired of hers.
"This is just a big mess," Eleni says about her hair.
"My hair is usually up because it's way too frizzy," she continues. "On the good days, the curls are very pretty, but those days are very few."
Plus, Eleni usually avoids hair salons and takes matters into her own hands.
"I cut my own hair, usually with whatever scissors are lying around," she tells us. "I just put it in a high ponytail, chop the ends [and] call it a day."
"I'm willing to trust an expert," she says. "If they have something for me, then I am all in."
That's where celebrity hairstylist Harry Josh — who's done the 'dos of stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Gisele Bundchen and Priyanka Chopra — comes in.
