She and husband Alec Baldwin welcomed their fourth (!) kid -- a gorgeous little boy named Romeo -- a few months ago, and we got the scoop from her on their ever-growing brood. (Get this -- they're all under 5 years old!)
“Is it a joy or is it a cacophony?” Rach asks.
Hilaria’s response? It’s all of it! And, she says, Alec is a big kid himself.
“I’ve got five kids running around,” she jokes, “and one of them is super high maintenance” LOL!
