No one wants bra straps hanging out of their shirt. But do you really need to have a zillion different bras to make sure they don’t show under tanks, halters and other summery tops or dresses? Bra fitting expert Kimmay Caldwell says no. We asked Kimmay how to fix this issue along with some other commonly asked questions like what color bra to wear under a white t-shirt and how to prevent bra straps from digging in.
FAQ: Is there a way to hide my bra straps with the bras I already have?
"A lot of people have no idea that most bras are designed to be convertible," Kimmay says. "Take a look at your bras and see if you have either a clasp, a hook or a snap on the front or back of your bra. They can crisscross in the back, or be worn around like a halter, and then your straps don't have to show," she explains. Easy as that!
