Cameron Diaz wants to show you how to love your body, but that's not about trying to look like a Hollywood star. She hopes her new book, The Body Book: The Law of Hunger, the Science of Strength, and Other Ways to Love Your Amazing Body, will help all women learn how their own body functions so they can give it what it needs to be their best. “Just because you can chew something, swallow it and poop it out doesn’t mean that it's food,” explains Cameron. “It just means that you can chew it, swallow it and poop it out. Knowing the difference of that is very important because really nutrients [are] why we eat, energy is why we eat, and it’s important to know how to get that.”
