This delish recipe from our staffer Grant uses a red velvet cake mix as the base! Just cut the mix with butter and almonds for the topping – yum!
Tip: This would be perfect served with whipped cream for a July fourth party with the red, white and blue effect!
Melissa D’Arabian’s Blueberry-Speckled Pancakes

A simple pancake recipe is the perfect way to showcase plump and flavorful blueberries. Talk about starting the morning on a high note.
Elisabeth Hasselbeck's Blueberry Waffles

This waffle recipe is oozing with blueberries and better yet – it’s gluten free if that is an issue for you or something you care about.
