Ingredients

  • 1 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • Nutmeg, to taste
  • Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Yield

Serves: 10-12 servings

Preparation

Put ice cream into a large pitcher and let it melt completely. Once melted, add in bourbon, cinnamon stick and some freshly grated nutmeg.

Let sit in the fridge for a few hours or up to two days.


Serve chilled and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
