"I have flown on over 1,200 flights, so I've learned a few things and these are my absolute essentials," New York-based American Airlines flight attendant Stella Connolly says.
Shampoo and Conditioner Bars
One of the most common reasons people get held up at security is that they forget about the 3.4-ounce liquid regulations for carry-ons, and end up having to throw out their toiletries. Tea Bags and Oatmeal

Noise Cancelling Headphones

Stella showed off the Paww WaveSound 3 Bluetooth Headphones, which fold for easy storing and come with an auxiliary cable for airplane movie-viewing, on the show.
