What if you could make your own slushies and shakes to take with you to the beach and pool without worrying about them melting?
Well, Chris Kimball -- chef, food editor and founder of Milk Street Magazine -- recently introduced us to this Zoku Slush & Shake Maker which claims to help you do just that.
After freezing the inner core of the maker for 8+ hours -- or overnight, as Chris suggests -- put in your chilled beverage of choice!
(Chris uses ice cream in the video above, but you can also use fruit juice or blended fruit, to name a few yummy possibilities.)
"It's good to get whatever you're putting into it chilled ahead of time," Chris advises.
"Every minute or so," he continues, referring to the 7 minutes of prep time, "you want to stir it up."
