After Harvey hit Houston, 60-year-old hairstylist Christal Mercier rounded up more stylists and hit a local shelter, where they offered haircuts and fresh styles in an attempt to boost spirits.

Because, as Christal says, "You may have gone through the storm, but you don't have to look like you went through a storm." (You can see Christal and the ladies in action above!)
