Our viewers Pearl and Jim were facing a relationship rut, so they came to us asking for advice on how to spice things up.
Tip One: Connected Breathing
Our relationship therapist advises the pair to sit facing each other, touch their foreheads together, and practice breathing in unison. Another version of this is to sit facing each other, hold hands, and breath together while staring into each other’s eyes, then kiss.
Tip Two: Talk Sexy
Pearl and Jim and advised to look into each other’s eyes and tell each other something they really enjoy about their intimate relationship. They are instructed to fill in this sentence: “I love...”
Tip Three: Share Your Fantasies
Pearl and Jim are told to write their fantasies on slips of paper, put them in a box, and pick them out randomly and act them out.
Tip Four: Keep a Love Journal
Every day, Pearl and Jim should write in the journal something they love about the other person, or something they’d like to try in the bedroom. Then they can read the journal together.
