When clinical psychologist Cindy M. Neston wrote her book, Why Women Have Sex: Understanding Sexual Motivations from Adventure to Revenge, she interviewed thousands of women ages 18-45 with one pressing question in mind:

Not surprisingly, Neston found that women like to have sex with people they’re attracted to, but most women’s answers fell into one category — which you may or may not find surprising.
