While tinsel was a HUGE holiday trend in the '50s, it's fallen a bit out of favor in recent years.

Here are the supplies you'll need:
Tinsel garland
Cardboard letters (which Brit says you can get at the dollar store!)
Hot glue gun
Hot glue sticks
Once you have everything, all you need to do is take a letter and wrap it completely with the tinsel. Hot glue each end so the tinsel stays in place, and you're done!

Place the letters on a mantle or stick them in between the branches of your tree for an extra dose of festivity!
