Ingredients

  • 1/2 recipe Homemade Mayo or 1 cup store-bought mayo
  • 1/2 small ripe lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons grated shallot or mild onion
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped cornichons or dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons chopped capers
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

Preparation

To the mayo, add lemon juice, grated shallot or onion, chopped cornichons or pickles, capers, dill, parsley, Worcestershire and hot sauce. Stir until combined and chill until ready to use.
