Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup basil
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 plain goat cheese log
  • 1 box crackers, any kind you like

Serves: about 12 servings

Preparation

Roll goat cheese log in the herb-walnut mixture and serve with crackers alongside.

Chop herbs and walnuts together and place on a plate.
