Burgers, hotdogs and football. Need we say more? If you're throwing a super party for football's biggest night, try making one of our favorite recipes. From patty melts, turkey burgers, bourbon hot dogs and spicy sausage burgers, we've got a little something for everyone.
1.) Bloody Bull Burgers with Crunchy Ketchup
These Bloody Mary Sliders are a great Game-Day bite for your guests. What makes these sliders so delicious, is our secret (well not so secret anymore!) weapon -- crunchy ketchup. We mix ketchup, HP Sauce, celery and tobacco to make the delicious topping.
We take a seasoned patty and smash it between buttery, griddled rye bread, sharp cheddar cheese, Swiss and Muenster Cheese, thinly sliced onions and sauerkraut. This is a perfect game-day sandwich for a big crowd.
You’ll definitely be the MVP at your party if you serve this hot dog. We take shredded potatoes and dredge with flour, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper. We twist the potatoes around the hotdog and deep dry until golden brown on all sides. It comes out crispy, crunchy and, of course, delish.
We love this bacon, lettuce, avocado, salmon and tomato (BLAST, ha get it?) burger so much! It’s a great substitution if you and your guests don’t want to eat red meat on game day. Fresh herbs and spices, lemon juice and hot sauce really bring out the flavors to this mouth-watering burger.
Spicy hot sausage, lean ground sirloin, grated onion, sage, tangy Pecorino cheese, chopped broccoli rabe, garlic and olive oil are mixed and formed into delicious patties. We top these burgers with even more cheese and roasted tomatoes.
Beer, burgers and pretzels. What more could you possibly want while watching the big celebration? Ground mustard, fresh thyme, parsley and seasoning make up these delicious turkey burgers. We top with our favorite Beer-B-Q sauce, extra-sharp white cheddar and smash them in between sandwich-size pretzel rolls. Take a big bite!
Super cute, mini hotdogs, are glazed with delicious ketchup, brown sugar, BBQ sauce and bourbon. This is a perfect snack for right before game time!
We all love mini hot dogs wrapped up in a soft, buttery pastry, but what if we added some more ingredients to them? Try rolling them up with sauerkraut and top with tasty poppy seeds for extra flavor. Dip the bite sized hot dogs in delicious apple chutney for the ultimate Reuben Pigs in a Blanket!
Seasoned ground beef is mixed with kosher salt, rosemary, sage, garlic and wine. The burgers are topped with, balsamic ketchup, sweet caramelized onions and shaved Pecorino, Gorgonzola or Fontina Val d’Aosta. Instead of using typical burger rolls, we use toasty focaccia.
