These silly-easy breadsticks from Sunny Anderson require just two ingredients—puff pastry + Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen puff pastry, defrosted until firm but not too thawed out
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Yield

Serves: Makes 16 breadsticks

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F.
 
Lay pastry dough horizontally so that the longer sides are up and down. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 
 
Cut into ½-inch thick slices. Twist the strips and place them 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
 
Bake for 10 minutes or until the breadsticks are golden brown.
