Who doesn’t love cold cuts? To celebrate National Cold Cuts Day, we’re offering up six delicious and offbeat recipes that will make your favorite deli meat shine.

No. 1: Curtis Stone’s Croque Madame

This recipe is pretty much grilled ham and cheese with an egg and more cheese on top. Sounds so simple, but trust us when we tell you, the combination of comforting, rich flavors is anything but ordinary.

No. 2: Banh Mi Sandwich

If you want all the flavors of a Vietnamese sandwich at home in a hurry, Richard Blais has an amazing recipe for a banh mi you can make in only a minute! He mixes things up by using a croissant instead of a baguette, and even makes his own dressing! Bologna is featured, alongside prosciutto and salami.

No. 3: Dr. Travis Stork's Broccoli and Turkey Salad

If you want your kids to eat their broccoli, this tasty wrap featuring a delicious herbed dressing will do the trick. Make the salad the night before, and all you have to do in the morning is assemble the wrap! Dr. Stork uses a healthy brown rice tortilla for added nutritional value.

No. 4: Curtis Stone’s Brekky Bagel Sandwich

This quick and easy breakfast is super inexpensive -- most of the ingredients – oil, eggs, deli meats, cheese and bagels -- are probably already in your pantry or fridge! Curtis Stone takes it to another level, however, by including a Sriracha aioli – yum!

No. 5: Fried Bologna Sandwiches with Olive Salad

No. 6: Bobby Flay’s Kentucky Hot Brown

This iconic open-face turkey sandwich, the Kentucky Hot Brown, was interpreted for us by Bobby Flay. He roasts his own turkey breast, but you can totally use store-bought.
