Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/2 ounce half-and-half
  • Seltzer

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a fountain glass and top with seltzer. Garnish with a parfait spoon and a straw.
