John creates a holiday-inspired Aperol spritz with Champagne, cranberry juice, fresh cranberries + orange slices.   

Everyone seems to love Aperol spritzes, so John stirred up this fall-winter version to go with Rach's Thanksgiving-inspired dinner with a twist

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Aperol
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 3 to 4 ounces Champagne (or other sparkling white wine)
  • Orange wheels (slices), for garnish
  • Fresh cranberries, for garnish

Yield

Serves: 1

Preparation

Add the Aperol and cranberry juice to an ice-filled wine goblet or Collins glass. Top with Champagne, stir gently and garnish with orange wheels and fresh cranberries.
