Ingredients

  • 4 ounces vodka
  • 4 ounces limoncello
  • 8 ounces white wine
  • 4 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 lemon, preferably seedless, quartered, plus 2 lemon wheels for garnish
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves, plus more leaves for garnish

Serves: 2

Preparation

Fill a high-powered blender about halfway with ice, then add vodka, limoncello, wine, simple syrup, lemon and mint. Blend until smooth, then divide between 2 glasses. Garnish with lemon wheels and mint leaves.
