Rachael shares a favorite holiday brunch dish that requires just 3 ingredients + 5 minutes. 

It's more of a concept than a recipe, but one worth sharing because it's so quick and easy and tasty! Rach is serving it this year as part of her Christmas Eve brunch menu, which includes 5-Cheese FrittataKale Salad and John's Blood Orange Mimosa.


  • 1 panettone or loaf of raisin challah
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 jar creamed or whipped honey


Serves: 6


Cut bread 1 ¼ inches thick.   

Melt butter in small pot.  

Heat nonstick griddle or large cast-iron griddle over medium heat.

Butter each side of bread and toast on griddle until deep golden. 

Spread warm bread with whipped honey.
