Audrey Johns, author of Lose Weight By Eating, shares an easy & healthy avocado jalapeño dressing.

"I promise, it's not spicy!" says Audrey. "You remove all the seeds and ribs from the jalapeño, leaving you with a citrus burst and mild heat. I top my healthy taco salad with this creamy dressing. Think of it like a guacamole dressing – yum!"
