John shares a refreshing cocktail recipe inspired by a classic—the Greyhound—with an Italian twist.

Warm Artichoke and Spinach Bagels 

Dill Pickle Cream Cheese Bagels

Blue Cream Cheese Bagels with Walnuts, Bacon and Rosemary 

Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese Bagels with Crispy Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces vodka
  • 3 ounces grapefruit juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ½ ounce Campari
  • Ice
  • Grapefruit twist, for garnish

Yield

Serves: 1

Preparation

Add vodka, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and Campari to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
