Playing How to Make No-Bake Maple Oat Energy Protein Bites | Tommy DiDario

Lifestyle expert Tommy DiDario—who covers men's fashion, grooming, travel, health, wellness and fitness for us—is all about mindful eating and loves a good, healthy snack made with ingredients that you know. These three-ingredient energy bites fit the bill. You can also customize them, adding flax seeds, coconut, cinnamon, whatever you want.

Pro Tip from Tommy: Slightly wet your fingers before rolling the mixture into balls so it doesn't stick to your hands.
