Playing Damaris Phillips’ Biscotti-Salami Crostini

This three-ingredient, no-cook party snack from Chef Damaris Phillips is perfect for parties during the holidays or any time of the year.

For more easy appetizer ideas, try Damaris' 3-Ingredient Country Ham-Wrapped Dates and Sunny Anderson's 2-Ingredient Puff Pastry Breadsticks.

  • 24 small store-bought biscotti (any kind without chocolate will work; I like the cranberry or pistachio)
  • Two 8-ounce packages herbed cream cheese, whipped to soften
  • 24 slices salami

Serves: Makes 24 crostini

Lay the biscotti flat on a cutting board. Spread with a spoonful of herb cream cheese—it will be a thick smear. Roll the salami and arrange one piece on the top of each biscotti. Arrange on a platter, and they are ready to serve!
