John created this Sicilian version of a Negroni to go with Rach's Veal or Chicken Marsala Melts. He subs Marsala, a fortified wine from Sicily, for the classic red vermouth, and the result is fantastic. Rach took one sip and said: "Whoaaaah—Happy Friday, buddy!" Round out the meal with her Sicilian Fennel Salad

  • ¾ ounce Marsala
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 3 ounces club soda
