Infusing gin with strawberries lends a fruity sweetness and a lovely color and aroma. John uses the resulting elixir in his Strawberry Negroni, a riff on a cocktail he discovered while dining at Jean-Georges Vongerichten's New York restaurant The Fulton. It would also be great in a gin and tonic. Experiment with it and come up with your own cocktails!
