Actor Max Greenfield on Working With Teen Daughter on "The Neighborhood": "She was rough on me"

Actor Max Greenfield joins Rach to chat all things "The Neighborhood" from reaching 100 episodes to working with his daughter.

"Lily [Max's daughter] was really happy to be on the set. Before covid, we shot the show in front of a live studio audience and she would come every Tuesday and be a part of the taping and it was the most exciting part of her week. She loved it and everybody loved her. And, then when it came around that there was an actual role that she might be able to play, we had her audition, she was excellent and she got it," says Max.

"I think she would've preferred to do a job without dad, but she loves it [on the set of "The Neighborhood"]—and she was nice to everyone...except me. She was rough on me. I made the mistake of giving her a note in one of the rehearsals and it didn't go over well," he jokes.

Watch "The Neighborhood" on CBS at 8pm on Mondays or streaming on Paramount+—plus check out Max's book, This Book Is Not a Present now on sale.
