Celebrity trainer, Don Saladino shares his simple tips for a targeted full body workout that you can do anywhere.
"I recommend my clients start their workouts with about 5 minutes of foam rolling...It's just a great way to start with some introductory movement," Don says.
"A lot of people think warming up is all about cardio, heart-rate, treadmills, but warming up can be about mobility, it could be about fixing areas of the body that aren't moving the way that they used to move. So, I like to make the warmup purposeful and targeting towards the needs [of] the individual," he adds.
